Many remodels, like a new pebble finish and waterline tile, are done in 2 weeks or less. Bigger projects with decking, water features, or structural work take longer, and you get a clear timeline before we start.

You never pay ahead of the work. New builds are paid in milestones: 15% deposit, 25% at excavation, 25% at shotcrete, 25% at decking, and 10% at the finish.
We don't run weekly cleaning routes, but call us anyway. We handle repairs and equipment ourselves, and if it's something we don't do, we'll point you to a service partner we trust.
Our office and warehouse is at 127 W Juanita Ave #104 in Mesa. We're open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, by appointment, and we come to you for the free backyard visit.
